7th Grade Students Learning and Having Fun with Mind Sports
Sports are very important to us. When we talk about sports, we generally think of soccer, volleyball, basketball, swimming, and so on. Sometimes we forget that sports go beyond physical activities. In some sports, we exercise our minds. They are called "mind sports."
When we talk about this kind of sport, we can name some, such as chess, checkers/draughts, board games, Rubik's Cube, and others.
The students in the 7th grade studied sports, and we also discussed mind sports.
Some students had already played draughts/checkers, while others didn't know how to play it. So, we worked together so that they could learn and have fun. It was a great activity.
