Learning Never Stops: Inside Our April English Workshop
Our English teaching team took part in the April training session led by the International School advisor, Flávia Catharino, continuing the monthly professional development journey. This ongoing training plays a key role in strengthening our teaching practices and ensuring we stay up to date with new methodologies and strategies.
The advisor conducts each workshop after observing English classes, carefully analyzing teaching approaches and student engagement. Based on these observations, she works closely with the bilingual coordination team to set goals, design action plans, and develop meaningful projects that enhance learning outcomes.
We believe that continuous learning is essential for growth. Investing in regular training not only empowers our teachers but also ensures the best educational experience for our students.
