The Weather Wheel: 5th Grade Learns About the Seasons
The students have been learning about different types of weather and the four seasons. As part of this work, they created weather wheels using cardboard and paper fasteners. With these wheels, they practiced asking and answering questions about various weather conditions — sunny, windy, stormy, rainy, cloudy, and snowy.
Throughout the activity, students worked in pairs, helping each other complete their projects. By taking their weather wheels home, they can continue practicing and show their families and friends a bit more of what they are learning in their English classes.
