Studying about food and healthy eating with 8th grade students
We had been studying about food in our classes of the 8th grade. We had discussed and read about food preservation, healthy and unhealthy dishes, food groups and right proportions of each, we should have in a healthy plate.
We also had a team work activity to create a regional and a Braziliam healthy plate.
We had a competition to distinguish what fruit they were trying and they also had to say its flavor, if it was sweet, salty, sour or bitter. It was really funny.
